Over the past several months, we’ve gathered insights from the people we support, their families, our staff, and community partners—all with one goal in mind: shaping a stronger, more inclusive future.
This plan reflects the ideas, hopes, and priorities we heard along the way. It’s a shared vision for what comes next—and a clear, thoughtful path to help us get there, together.
How We Got Here
In January of this year, we began a journey to look ahead and ask ourselves: How will we shape a future of bold opportunities, meaningful connections, and transformative impact as we continue empowering people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling, inclusive lives?
From there, we identified recurring themes such as values and hopes that came through every conversation. We then shaped those ideas into shared priorities, and from there, we built clear, measurable goals.
