Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Connection, Growth, and Opportunity

As we close out 2025, we pause to celebrate the incredible achievements we accomplished together. The people we support, our dedicated staff, and our community partners all played a vital role in making this progress possible.

This year brought significant growth, new beginnings, and meaningful steps forward. Throughout 2025, we worked to create more inclusive opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities — and we continue building on that momentum.

Here’s a look at what we accomplished together:

87,035 Community Life Engagement Opportunities

From fitness classes and museum visits to volunteer activities and social outings, each experience helped people build confidence, make friends, and feel more connected to their community. These moments create joy, independence, and lasting relationships, and they continue to grow year after year.

482 Personal Travel Training Experiences

Travel Training empowers people to move through their communities safely and independently. This year, hundreds of individuals practiced navigating public transportation, learning skills that open doors to employment, social life, and new possibilities.

11 New Community Partnerships

Partnerships are the foundation for inclusion. In 2025, we strengthened our network with new local businesses, organizations, and community groups who believe in creating spaces where everyone belongs. These partnerships expand opportunities for learning, work, recreation, and personal growth.

53 People Employed Total

Employment is a pathway to independence, confidence, and empowerment. This year 12 people secured meaningful new jobs. That makes a total of 53 people who are now employed through our support. Every job represents a story of perseverance, skill-building, and partnership, and we’re incredibly proud of each person’s success.
